The Custom Call Task is meant to make each outbound call fit specific needs and goals. This way, each call is more personal and effective..

Create an Outbound Call

Steps:

1. Access the Outbound Call Feature:

  • Navigate to the dashboard.

  • Click on the Task icon

  • Click on “Create New Task” -> selete option For Single Customer

  • Assign task to an Agent by clicking on the agent dropdown option
  • Selete Task Type from the dropdown option

3. Customer Information

  • Enter customer name and phone number.

4. Fallback Action

  • By default call are set to call immediately
  • You can schdule a call by setting Date Range, Time Zone, Start Time or End Time
  • If the call fails, set the Number of Retries (how many times the system should retry the call) and the Retry Interval (when the call should retry)

5. Review and Confirm:

  • Review the call details.
  • Click Create to create or schedule the call.

6. Initiate the Call:

  • The system will automatically initiate the call at the scheduled time.
