Overview

The lead qualification process allows the AI Assistant to collect essential information about potential customers, evaluate their suitability based on predefined criteria, and schedule follow-ups. This process helps streamline customer interactions and ensures that qualified leads are efficiently routed for further engagement.

Sample Conversation: Lead Qualification

AI Assistant:
“Hello! Thank you for calling. I’m here to help you find the right solutions for your business. Could you tell me a bit about what you’re looking for today?”
Customer:
“Hi, I’m interested in learning more about automating customer support for my business.”
(Keyword “automating customer support” triggers the lead qualification process.)
AI Assistant:
“That’s great to hear! To ensure we provide the best solution for your needs, could I ask you a few quick questions? Let’s start with your company size. How many employees do you have?”
Customer:
“We have 50 employees.”
(AI assistant evaluates against predefined criteria: Company size > 25 employees qualifies the lead. Customer meets the criteria.)
AI Assistant:

Customer:

AI Assistant:
